Is this snail reef safe?

Just saw this snail on the cord for my skimmer. Is he cool? or should I get him out of there?

I have something in my tank that looks like that. Mine only comes out after lights out. Mine looks like a turbo snail with a deformed shell lol. I think it is most likely a turbo, but I could be wrong (I probably am).

I was just worried it might be a type of nudibranch. Hopefully you are right and it's harmless.

Looks like I've got a pretty little Stomatella snail, and good news - they're harmless herbivores!

This looks like a small Haliotis or abalone snail to me. They also come out at night and are herbivores. Young snails are hard to give a species name to because as they mature their color and shape can alter.
