Little scorpian like critters

I Couldn't get a good picture but there little black things that look like dots but if you look closer there curled up in a ball they bounce around the tank quite fast and when they uncurl they a longish tail with big heads they look very possibly like some sort of fry but I have my doubts they resemble teeeeeeeny tiny scorpions anyone have any idea or think they have the same ? Please help it's all the little black dots I got a video of them but I can't upload it
