Just discovered some little things on my glass have no clue what they are due to noobieness. If anyone knows what they are love to find out if it's bad or good

What do they look like? Do they look like worms or something else?

They look like bugs but not so sure

Probably pods; it's a good thing.

yea, pods,that's what I was thinking. they are harmless, and are basically a sign that your tank is doing what is supposed to be doing. how long has your tank been running?
