Little white worm

I have little white worm looking things all over the sides of the tank when I got up this morning. what could this be and is it harmful?

White worms could be flat worms which are not good for your system, google a picture and compare ! GL

Whatever these things are there are now some on my hippo tang. but he's the only one that has them on him. I circled where they are on the glass to see if they move but they don't. Someone please try to help me figure out what they are.

I tried to take one but you can't see what they really look like, it looks like a white dot on the pic. But they look like little white curled up worms about the size of a pencil head. But on my tang they look darker like they almost blend in.

Here are some pics. There is also some of them on the rocks. Here's also a pic of the tang that has three of these things on its side can't really see them in the pic though.

No I tried for like an hour to get a good pic and he won't get close enough to the glass cause he sees me

My lfs said that the worms are harmless and that the stuff that's on my tang is a fungus. I got treatment for the tank that is safe for all in habitants. Everything should be all good.
