I have what seems to be about a 3' long thin (mechanical pencil lead thin) white worm that is on the glass and curled hundreds of times like a stretched slinky. He is so thin, that he is almost like a transparent white. I don't have a picture, but I will try to catch one. I only see him vary rarely.
I looks like a a really long and very very thin curly phone cord, like is on cradle phones. Any guesses on what it is? More importantly, should he stay, or should he go?

To be honest, it sounds kinda like snail eggs. Have you ever seen it move? Could be you notice it, and by morning their gone (eaten) and you assumed it moved to the rock. Maybe someone will have another option, but that was the first thing that popped into my head ;)
