It looks like little cocoons, little white bulb like things on rocks mostly underneth where theres not a lot of lite,Maybe eggs?I dont think so.looked on hitchhickers guide didn't see it there.Any input would be great.thanx :?

Sounds like sponges.

looks like they have a little hole on top.if they are sponges I should'nt have anything to worry about rite.Should I ecspect anything from them like getting bigger ,changing color,being eatin by fish?

They should be fine. They will grow. However if they ever come in contact with air they will die.
