looks like flatworms???

So after a random power outage for about an hour my actinic came back on with the power and boy was i surprised to see what I saw! tons of isopods...good good
a new snail...
a new slug???...
and clear flat worms...are they bad? or are only the orange/red ones bad? what can I use to get rid of them. or should i just leave them alone? Any help is welcome

the clear ones are fine. they will disappear eventually, never to be seen again.
