Have red little hairs growing on my mangroves don't know if that's normal or not and I also have red algae I think that's what it is growing in my refugium with bubbles coming off of them it looks weird don't know if it should be like that but I haven't had any problems with any of my test so please let me know if it's good or bad thanks if u need pics please let me know

Pics would be very helpful. The red hairs are most likely new roots growing, but without seeing, I can't tell for sure.
The red algae with bubbles is almost certainly cyanobacteria. Although high nitrates and phosphates can trigger a bloom, once it's established, it doesn't need much to thrive. Scrape it off tank walls and siphon it out of the water and off the sand. May need to remove rocks and scrub them.
A little cyano is ok, but if there is too much it can affect water quality. Plus it's fugly.
