That's the start of a new head alright. FYI though, you don't have to feed them. It'll end up one massive bush in time. I have 2 different color varieties in my tank and they are getting massive at 50+ heads after a year.
You need to become patient. Pumping the coral full of food can not only stress it. It adds unnecessary nutrients into your tank, which will lead to algae outbreaks and frustration down the road.
