I have no idea. Looks like maybe some kind of devils hand? Bout the only thing I could do would be to hope that somethine simular is in my Aquarium Corals book.

I have the same leather in my tank. I have assumed it to be Flexible Leather (Sinularia flexibilis) but it was sold to me as a Finger Leather (Sinularia polydactyla). I do not think it is a Finger Leather because they have much "stubbier" fingers, but I have seen Flexible Leathers called Spagetti Leathers.

The polyps on mine look more like pimples. I have tried to look as close as possible to see if I could see anything more. I have noticed when my hand is near, the "pimples" look less apparent (polyps hiding?).
