Need an ID on this red/orange thing

Started spontaneously growing on this live rock 5-6 months after adding the rock and establishing the tank. It started off small so I just let it be. 6 months later and now itís grown to this size! Doesnít bother anything. Doesnít seem to react to light. But curious as to what it is. Any help is appreciated!
