pretty blurry, but it appears to be a majano anemone. it is a pest just like aiptasia.

It really don't look like a majano so far the ones I've seen look different

It's hard to tell from the picture, but I would guess formaniferan (not sure of spelling). If that's what it is, it's harmless.
