Oh no...another worm ID?

I know, you all get about 5 of these a day...but here's another one:

Any ideas? It only comes out at night from the same hole when the lights are shut. It extends out about an inch or inch + half, but doesn't leave the hole.

And on a side comment, not a day goes by when I don't get amazed at the new things I find on/in my live rocks! (of course, crossing the fingers that it isn't something bad!)

And after I posted the picture, I saw two others (smaller in size) in the same rock...I guess there's a colony living in this LR!
