Please help me identify!!

I found these things in my new 90 gallon tank in the refugium part of my sump. Can anyone pls help me identify if they are goo or bad?

Some more info. Are they soft, hard, moving or stationary? A better pboto would help if possible.

Well in the glass, their underside looks like a snail, sucking the glass, they look soft, and very small. I've tried to get better pics but my phone won't seem to let me

Google "nuisance flatworm".

Google stomatella snail and see if that's it. I didn't realize they come in an orange color, but I just read that they do. You got a very colorful one if that's what it is.
