Possible Aptasia

Does this look like aptasia amenones to ya'll? I had a few before and got them all out, but they were the clear ones. This one doesn't move around and hasn't multiplied and I noticed it about a month or so ago.
 
It is hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like aptaisia, but I could be wrong because it seems that the arms are not long enough. Perhaps someone else can chime to this effect.

Not sure what you mean by "dig it out" but removing it by prying it off the rock won't work. If even a slight piece is left behind, it will come back. You'll need to inject it something. Since it's just the one, try some boiling water.
 
You don't need to remove the q-tip sponge. They are harmless filter feeders. If you feel it has to go, then scrape it off.
