dudeinvb hears surf in the shell
possible bristle worm?
saw a small brown worm looking thing run across my live rock this morning, it was pretty fast and skinny, only about an inch long. is it a bristleworm? any ideas? if so are they bad?

Scroll down this link and you`ll see a pic of one and a good article on them. I personnally leave them in my tank because they are good janitors IMO. Some folks get squemish over them but they do a great job eating fish waste.
