Redish Centipede

I have a new SW set-up. I just noticed this small, about 1/2 inch long centipede looking animal coming out from a hole in my live rock. Does anyone know what it might be? Is it good or bad? Thanks!

Try googling bristle worm.

No problem. They're a little freaky looking (my opinion) but they're harmless.
