http://fishbase.org/ In all honesty, this and a little common sense is all anyone really needs, but that is just my opinion.

Other sites are;

Wetwebmedia, Aquarium, Pond, Marine and Freshwater Fish, reef tanks, and Aquatics Information : Good for general pictures and basic information regarding Genus'.

Centropyge angel, dwarf angelfish, pygmy angels : Primarily use for photographs.

CoralRealm - Reef Fish, Sharks, Rays & Invertebrates : Limited information due to having to pay/subscribe in order to get full information sheets (use fishbase), but other resources are useful, i.e. maps.

Drum and Croaker : Public aquarium journal written by aquarists for professional use.

ReefQuest Centre for Shark Research Home : One of my favorite sites for elasmobranch research!

http://www.aims.gov.au/index.html : Australian site with an array of useful applications gearing towards marine sciences.

...I'm sure there are more including Breeder's Net, etc.
