Just a couple days ago I noticed clear almost bubble like substances in my sand? It covers almost all under my sand bed, it almost looks like clear rocks or voids in the sand bed? Any help will.....help!

That is bubbles lol, they are likely just air trapped in the sand which will escape on its own. Could be another gas too which you want to leave be and let escape on its own.

Ok, lets hope it's the lesser of the two evils. Any Idea on time frame, I was planning on doing a cleaning today along with a 15% water change. Will it be ok?

Did you just set up this tank? Or has it been up awhile? If just set up, it is air trapped in the sand. If seasoned, it is gasses that will dissipate in the water.

The tank has been running since early march, I've run into some ammonia and nitrate issues, in the last month. From over feeding, trying to combat that with water changes and a new schedule of feeding.
