A shrimp or somthing??????? - Aquarium Advice

I found something under my live rock but he crawled in a hole and havent seen him since. It seemed to be a shrimp but im not sure he was whit with black eyes, the eyes where on the top of the body near the front it kinda looked like a doodlebug or rolly polly bug if you know what those are, but the eyes where on the top. I thought maybe a mantis shrimp but it didnt really look like one. the tail looked kinda like a lobster tail, thats why I thought maybe a mantis but not sure, It may not even be a shrimp. It is something I have never seen before.

this guy might be responsible for my domino damsil fish that is mising

he was pretty big when I saw him I will be able to seee if he is on a fish since he is about 1/4 the size of any of my fish
