Slug hitchhiker

Just got my first coral home and I found this hitchhiker in the bag. It's a slug of some sort just wanted to check it's ok to go in my tank while I have the chance to remove it

It might be a type of nudibranch (which eat coral), so I'd take it out.

that is most likely what you have they are a very good part of your system also serve as part of your CUC

Glad they are still in the bag. They match the pictures on google. Seems I got lucky in the end then. 5 have made the journey on the live rock with my coral on

Ah, my mistake. I've only ever seen the top of my stomatellas before so I hadn't considered them.
