Small Snails/Shrimp?

sorry i can't post a pic of them because there too small. but in the tank theres only 1 shrimp, 1 snail, 1 crab and 1 brittle star and i noticed theres a number of these little guys 1 group looks like really tiny shrimp and theres a group of what looks like small snail shells.

sorry for the vague discription but does anyone know what im talking about?

should i get a goby or something to eat them? or is it ok just leave them alone?

Leave them, both the snail and the mysid shrimp are beneficial for the system and will not cause you any issues.
