Snail eggs

I have what I can only guess are snail eggs all over my glass. I don't have any fish other than a clown fish so there's nothing there to eat them. I've been holding off cleaning the glass because of them. Is there any likelihood of them hatching, or am I letting my glass get all scummy for nothing?

Little to no chance they'll be anything. Just all fish food.
