Yep, it's a fleshy limpet. 
Keep an eye on it around corals if you have any.

He may. I had one that was never a problem. The best I can tell you is to check after lights out and keep an eye out. I think limpets in general are a hit/miss thing. Some are well behaved and some aren't.
