Some sort of algae? (Red)

Anyone know what this is? It is coming off the rock and is flowing. I have a few other spots in the tank with what looks like a red algae, but it isn't coming off the rock like this. Let me know if you need more info on what I am seeing. Thank you.

That is cyanobacteria. Shows nutrient issues in the water column.

I was hoping it wasn't that. So too much nutrients, I am guessing. Is that from over feeding? I was told you are suppose to feed clown fish several times a day. I have a total of 5 fish with one being a clown. My parameters are seen to be in check. Do I just need to cut back on the feeding?
