some sort of eggs??

hi everyone, my tank is a little over 1 month old now, and its got 2 false clown fish and numerous cleaning crews. recently i did a water change about 15% and cleaning the inner side of the tank since its getting dirty(diatoms probably and some alges). and i have discovered that my tank is covered with these small white dots, about 1mm, looks sort of like the character "c" specially the back side of the tank, and the sides. amazingly, there aint any on the front side. anyhow, i was wondering what they are? could they be eggs from the snails? unfortunately i can't include any photo since they are too small that i'm afraid it won't come out nice enough
