Some type of tube worm?

In the pic, you can see a head with two antennae. There is a web-like substance that extends from the head and it sort of reels it in very slowly. It can quickly dart back in the hole. Any ideas?

I have numerous of these in my tank. They are a species of Polycheate worm. Check this link, and the first paragraph. Pretty cool creatures.
