something i saw in my tank...

holy ba jeebus... i was re-stacking my rocks and then i picked up one of my rocks with a bunch of holes and i saw this long and i mean long orange worm kind of deal... is that a good thing or bad thing?

looked like a centipede? If so it's a bristleworm and good or bad is a matter of personal preference mostly.
