bromion has fishy dreams
Well, it's really in a quarantine bucket. I did manage to get some top-down pictures. I'll try to catch the fish in a glass and get some more pics.

I am still leaning towards Brooklynella at this point although the possibility exists for goiter.

It may have also helped if you had told me about the Quick Cure dosage used. Was this added to the [acronym:8f0f049115="quarantine or quart depending on context"]QT[/acronym:8f0f049115] directly or used as a dip? You have to be extremely careful with this stuff as it consumes available [acronym:8f0f049115="Oxygen"]O2[/acronym:8f0f049115] like no ones business.

Quick Cure is 99.20% formaldehyde, and 0.75% Malachite Green, of which the recommended dosage is 1 drop/[acronym:8f0f049115="Gallon"]gal[/acronym:8f0f049115] if added to the holding tank directly or 5 drops/[acronym:8f0f049115="Gallon"]gal[/acronym:8f0f049115] if used as a dip. The recommended treatment for Brook is [acronym:8f0f049115="Saltwater"]SW[/acronym:8f0f049115] baths using Formalin which is only 37% formaldehyde (three dips every three days).

Please update with the accurate info needed...

Cheers
Steve
