Just noticed this thing last night back in a crevice. It has dimples much like a golf ball. About the diameter of a dime. Seems to have a mucous membrane surrounding the main "body" and also a "nipple" sticking up. There's also a smaller pea sized one near this one (but it isn't in the pic)...it also has a little nipple extending from it.
Sponge, maybe?
