SPS?

Found this growing on a piece of LR I purchased about 2 weeks ago. At first they were smaller and I thought they were small mushrooms. Since then they have gotten larger and I touched them and they are hard. You can see after they are touched they look smaller/thinner like they SP have closed up. Anyone know what it is? How large it will get? What will look like when it's grown?

Doesn't look like an SPS to me, no idea what it could be though
