I'm not sure on this as it's just a casual observation based on your pic but it looks like the zoo's might be splittingbudding or preparing to at some point. If you look at each polyp, the "bumps" coincide with the center line marking within the cup of each polyp. In any event, I do not beleive it is abnormal.

I have them on my zoos as well. They have been on there for some time with no negative effects that I have been able to tell...
