They are everywhere!

I just noticed these little things all over the inside of my over flow and they are all over my sump. No clue what they are or where they came from. What are they?

Flatworms(?) Google flatworms and see if anything matches. Pretty common btw

I'm not sure. They aren't moving at all. They are just stuck to the glass.

Flatworms move quite slowly, so it may appear as if they don't move at all

Nah I mean literally they haven't moved... The ones in the picture are right where they were like 5 days ago.
