Tiny things on the sand

Can you be more specific? Crawling like catapillers or jumping around? Are they moving fast or very very slow? Color? Can you compare them to something else... Please more info.
 
Sounds like pods ..are they small and kinda clear flea looking type of things ? These are reef safe and a good sign of a healthy tank . Their numbers will dwindle as you add live stock ...
Wormey looking things are bristle worms harmless they are pink and black just dont brush up against them they hurt like fiberglass insulation if you do air dry your hand either use white glue allow to dry or duct tape and pull out the hairs look here and see if you can find them
