Tiny white ant looking things

I noticed a bunch of tiny white ant looking things moving all around the suction cups attached to the glass which is holding my power head to the tank. Does anybody know what these things could be , they are very very tiny , but its alot of them moving around. My tank has been set up since the begining of Nov. and my water levels are fine. I was just curious on what these things could be? Please help

sounds like copepods or amphipods. Nothing to worry about just means your tank is maturing.

ok thanks i was concern , and if it was going to be a problem i wanted to stop it as soon as possible.
