Too small for pics

I was looking in my tank today (its FOWLR) and suddenly something caught my eye on the glass. There are very very tiny little white looking somethings crawling all over the place, the more I look the more I see. What are they? I also saw a snail I think and I never put one in there?? It also was small about 2-3mm.

Not to worry...those little flea looking bugs are a sign of your tank maturing.

But what are they?? Did the snail also just grow?
