I don't know too much about SW, but you might want to get rid of that aiptasia before it stings your corals even more.

Second that, looks like your over run. Might want to look into an aptasia eating critter cause you have enough to keep it well fed for a while.
 
Pseudochromis fuscus will be fine with your corals, but may be aggressive with other fishes (depending on how big they are and what species are involved). Also, dottybacks generally are crustacean predators, and will take on shrimps and crabs of relatively large size.
