Weird Little Critter??????

Sorry its not the best pic, this thing is about the size of the tip of my pinky with long tentacles.... any ideas???

Sponges can have tentacles? I didn't know that. Anyway, could it be related to a feather duster? Like a as spionoid worm or something?
