Weird soft...thing

This is very weird. I had a scallop that died and I thought this was part of it, but when I touched it it moved. I seems like it could be some kind of soft coral maybe? I'm not sure if the image works...[/img]

Looks like a type of Sea Squirt. Non photosynthetic filter feeders.
