Weird things on my ricorda rock

Okay so today i went to petco and scored a ricorda rock, it was on sale for 40 percent off and it was characterized under "misc mushrooms"
But after i got home i acclimated it and when i went to put it in my tank the smell was terrible.
I was curious but i put it in the tank.
And after seeing it my tank theres all sorts of little growths on it.
Some algae, some i have no idea.
I thought i had scored a leather on it too(see pink thing)
And theres an unusual yellowish thing next to it. Maybe a sponge?

Where is the ricordia? Looks like maybe a sponge and possibly Aiptasia...

I'm thinking the yellow is a sponge of some sort and probably what made the bed smell; Sponges aren't supposed to hit air. I think I see 2 green/blue ricordias, right? They're just not extremely happy yet.

Then im thinking the smell came from maybe a died ricorda? I found what looked the like mouth of one.
But im still stumped on this pink thing.

I attached another angle of the ricordas today, theres about ten of them.
They looker happier.
