What are these?

What are the white specks on the inside of my fowlr tank?

The tanks that have them are less than six months old. They are ok? What do they actually do

They are fine. I got them about the same time. They are ancient organisms... Lol... They are a good part of the cuc and won't hurt anything... Their name covers a broad band of species. If u remember Rollie pollies, they are in the same groups. They will disappear as quick as they appeared...
