What are these?

I have hundreds of these in my sump and was wondering if anyone knew what they were?

I highlighted a few so you know what I'm on about.

Picture didn't load Aaron, but they are probably Amphipods or Copepods. Amphipods look like little shrimp, Copepods look kinda like sperm, for lack of a better analogy..
 
Good reply seeing as the picture doesn't work now but they aren't either one (although there is a lot of them too)

The picture shows a load of circle things, like spirals, they are hard and stuck on the glass, I'll fix the picture tommorow so you can get a look.

Those are Spirorbid worms. They are harmless filter feeders and show progression in your tank. Just a part of the not-so-micro fauna that develops in established tanks.
