What are these??

Some type of worms. Are they good or bad some of them are pretty big. They were under a piece of live rock.

Don't mind the small pieces of shrimp. My tank is cycling haha
 
Nothing to see here. Normally you wouldn't see them at all, but since there are no fish that have come out for the free meal. Just don't touch them. Their bristles are painful.
 
They are bristle worms. As long as they stay relatively small in size they won't be a problem to most fish.
 
I moved the rock and they were all underneath. Are they okay or should they be removed?
 
They should be okay as long as they are not giant. I personally don't like them. They freak me out. Haha but they are not usually harmful to most fish. I take them out if I see them just because I don't like them. But it's up to you google bristle worms and it will give you all the info you need
 
Yeah I'll leave them until my tank cycles. Seems like they are feeding on the raw shrimp.

Ill take them out when I'm putting in my CUC
 
In many tanks the are part of the cuc. They normally are more discrete though.
