What are these on my rock

Ok so I bought this mystery rock from my LFS with some misc polyps on them for cheap..what are these red things all over the rock? They're hard not soft.

They don't seem to open or close either..its just there..lol

Oh not the zoas lol. Sorry the hard red things are foraminiferans. Harmless and found in all tanks

Hi I have these in my tank, I also have white and blue varieties, I believe them to be sponge hope this helps
