What are these pink things?

I have 3 of these little pink things. They have a bulb like base that attaches to my live rock and and a single small tentacle.

It looks like a pineapple sponge, never seen a pink one but I have loads of white ones and they are harmless.

Hmmm... it is similar to the pineapple, but more bulbous. And that color is way different than the off white of a pineapple. You say there's a tentacle?
