Hey guys!
Can anyone tell me what this tentacle belongs to? I've tried to find it with the magic of Google and just cannot find anything that looks like it.
I've got several in my aquarium that come out after the lights go off. They seem to just have one tentacle each. I can't see what the tentacle is attached to, they seem to come out of crevices in the live rock.
Hopefully one of you will know :)
Thanks in advance :)

That's excellent!! Thank you :D that's exactly what they are! Wow, loads of conflicting information on Google though :/
I tried to siphon one out yesterday and it just broke. Didn't sting me though. I might try aiptasia X on one and see if that kills it? Or a toothbrush and siphon? Or I might just leave them unless they start bothering my zoas.
Thank you so much for identifying them for me :D

Yeah some say they will go away on their own, some say they're harmless, some say they're terrible... I haven't experienced them myself so I couldn't advise you one way or the other.

Hopefully they won't bother anything. Good luck!
