what are these white spots on my glass?

I've got a 12g nano-reef about half way through it's cycle. ammonia is down to 0.5ppm and nitrates up to about 10ppm. Anyways, recently these little white specs have appeared on the glass. They have 4-5 little protrusions (almost look like microscopic starfish). I would estimate that there are about 100 of them or so, and they only appear in areas with high current.

What are these? Ought i worry?

Harmless seruplids(tubeworms). You can scrape them off, or leave them.
