This came on my live rock from florida the red cucumber looking and also the white bulb tentacle in the other pic thanks

Is Red one hard or soft? If soft, any white/other colored polyps extending at night? DOe it have any opening(s)? Seems like macro growing on it. How about some grazer to get rid of macro/stop further growth into this red organism.
I am not sure what you are referring to on 2nd pic. But maybe Spionid worms? Google for comparison.
