What is this?

It looks to be aiptasia, if they are small I'll get some peppermint shrimps to eat them, if not there's others methods people use.

I've always used peppermint shrimps with no problem.... But if you have big ones the shrimp will not even go next to it, as it can be eaten too. They have chemicals that you can use.
 
if u can take it out easily put it in near boiling hot water and it works really fast i had like 4 that the peppermint shrimp wouldnt eat and i tried this and after they died the peppermint shrimp went after the remains right away
