Pic #1 - Not sure
Pic #2 - Aiptasia, a.k.a. Glass Anemone. Not good. Not bad. They will spread, and they have a powerful sting. They can kill corals, and I think they can even harm tankmates if the tankmates are stung. Don't go ripping them out, they regrow into many new ones. They're kinda like saltwater hydras, kill one, and you get more (in this case, more than 2). Search the forums for Aiptasia. You can kill it by feeding it (with a syringe) joe's juice, or a mix of kalk. But read up on them before you try to take them out.

to get rid of those aptasia you can get a pepermint shrimp or a copperbanded butterfly fish. the fish you will need to varify if you have enough space for him or not.
